Lee Colcher

In my childhood I always enjoyed exploring the body movements and dancing to different music genres.

It was my first time in India when i practiced Yoga Asana practice, read books about spirituality and started to wonder about mine.

In Israel I started to practice Ashtanga Yoga with Revital Liron and every time i felt more and more connected and aware of my physical body and my mind. The practice has given me great benefits and i wanted to share those feelings with my serroundings, which led me to india again.

Knowing i have so much to learn, I went to TattvaaYogaShala in Rishikesh, to deepen my practice and get the tools of sharing and teaching and graduated with a 500 hours Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Teacher certificate.

Since than I travel and teach around the world.

Currently in Tel Aviv, Israel.

Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow

In Ashtanga Vinyasa class we will flow with the breath through the postures, streatch and strengthen our muscels and open our heart.

Except the many physical benefits the body gets from the practice, Yoga gives the mind a grounding feeling and inner balance.

Yoga Teacher Training Certificate

I got my Yoga Teacher Certificate in Tattva Yoga Shala in Rishikesh, India after an intense 3 months course.

There i got the tools of exploring correctly my own body and breath with the right philosophy in mind-

and the tools of sharing it with others.

There are many benefits in practicing In india,

- Disconnecting from the regular daily routine.

- Relaxing into the nature while learning a different culture from local teachers.

- Getting the chance to change our habits for the better, Become the better version of ourselves!

 

In those conditions along with an open heart-  the impossible seems to be possible.
